Orange Upside Down Cake​

INGREDIENTS

100 gm butter

100 gm Cremica Orange Crush

150 gm sugar

50 gm brown sugar

200 gm eggs

5 gm baking power

25 gm corn starch

Few drops vanilla essence

 

METHOD

Heat  oven to 1 80 c. beat butter , sugar and vanilla  in large bowel till fluffy.

Add eggs and beat well.

Stir flour and alternally with Cremica Orange crush.

Beat well till blended.

Pour into prepared tin and bake for 45 mins.

Cool completely and glaze with vanilla cream and fresh orange or fruit segment.
